Donated License Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Donated License Terms govern the complimentary distribution and use of News Sitemap & Schema Pro provided by Red Jaguar Agency through its donation and sponsorship program.

Donated licenses are offered to eligible individuals, organizations, publishers, and businesses at no monetary cost, subject to approval and the applicable eligibility requirements.

By accepting or activating a donated license, the recipient agrees to these terms and the applicable product-specific license conditions.

2. Nature of the Donated License

A donated license grants the approved recipient permission to use the plugin under the specific conditions communicated by Red Jaguar Agency.

A donated license:

• Is provided free of charge and does not constitute a commercial purchase.

• Does not transfer ownership of the plugin or its intellectual property.

• Is granted exclusively to the approved recipient and for the approved website or websites.

• Does not automatically include additional licenses, products, or services.

• Does not create an entitlement to future commercial licenses or benefits.

The scope and duration of each donated license will be determined by the specific donation approval.

3. Non-Transferability and Authorized Use

Donated licenses are non-transferable and may not be assigned to another person, company, organization, or website without prior written authorization from Red Jaguar Agency.

Unless otherwise expressly authorized:

• The recipient may not sell, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the donated license.

• The recipient may not share account credentials or license activation benefits with unauthorized third parties.

• The donated license may only be used on the website or websites approved during the application process.

• A change in website ownership does not automatically transfer the donated license to the new owner.

• Domain changes, website migrations, or changes in the legal entity operating the website require prior authorization.

Any additional website installations must be approved separately.

These restrictions apply to the donated authorization and associated benefits to the extent permitted by the applicable software license and law.

4. Donations and Eligibility

All donated licenses are subject to the eligibility requirements and approval process established by Red Jaguar Agency.

Submitting a donation request does not guarantee approval.

Red Jaguar Agency reserves the right to:

• Review donation applications and supporting information.

• Request additional information to verify eligibility.

• Approve or decline applications at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

• Establish specific conditions for individual donations.

• Limit the number of donated licenses granted to an individual or organization.

Recipients must provide accurate information and notify Red Jaguar Agency of material changes affecting their eligibility.

5. Updates and Technical Support

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the donation approval, donated licenses do not guarantee lifetime access to updates or technical support.

The availability and duration of updates and support will be determined by the specific donation terms communicated to the recipient.

Red Jaguar Agency may establish separate conditions for maintenance releases, major updates, new features, and technical assistance.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in News Sitemap & Schema Pro, including its branding, trademarks, documentation, and proprietary materials, remain with their respective owners.

Receiving a donated license does not transfer ownership of the plugin, its source code, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

Recipients receive only the rights granted under the applicable software license and these donated license conditions.

Nothing in these terms is intended to restrict rights granted under an applicable open-source license or mandatory applicable law.

7. Suspension and Revocation

Red Jaguar Agency may suspend or revoke a donated license or associated donation benefits if:

• The recipient violates these terms.

• The recipient provides false or misleading information.

• The donated authorization is transferred or shared without permission.

• The recipient uses the donation program for unauthorized commercial redistribution.

• The recipient no longer meets the applicable eligibility requirements.

Where reasonably possible, Red Jaguar Agency will notify the recipient and provide an opportunity to address the issue before taking action.

Any suspension or revocation will remain subject to rights that cannot legally be withdrawn under the applicable software license or law.

8. Limitation of Liability and Compatibility

The plugin is provided subject to its applicable software license and the limitations established by law.

Red Jaguar Agency does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every third-party product, or specific search engine rankings or results.

Recipients are responsible for maintaining appropriate website backups and ensuring that the plugin is used in a suitable technical environment.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Relationship with Other Terms

These Donated License Terms supplement the general Terms of Service published by Red Jaguar Agency.

In the event of a conflict, the applicable product-specific license and any mandatory rights under applicable law will govern the relevant software licensing rights.

For matters specifically concerning the donation program, these Donated License Terms will apply.

10. Changes to These Terms

Red Jaguar Agency may update these terms and its donation program requirements from time to time.

Changes will be published on this page with a revised update date.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights already granted where doing so would violate applicable law or the underlying software license.
