1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern purchases and use of digital plugins offered by Red Jaguar Agency through https://redjaguar.agency/plugins.
By purchasing or using a plugin, you agree to these terms and the applicable product-specific license conditions.
2. Perpetual License to Use the Plugin
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, a successful purchase grants the customer a perpetual license to use the purchased version of the plugin, subject to the license scope and restrictions disclosed at purchase.
The license permits continued use of that version without requiring annual renewal payments.
The purchase does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
Customers may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the plugin itself except as expressly authorized or permitted by applicable law.
3. Downloads and Continued Access
Customers retain the right to redownload their licensed version after purchase, including after an annual update license expires.
We will provide access through the download method designated for the product, subject to reasonable account security and technical requirements.
If a download service changes, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate an alternative method of obtaining the licensed version.
4. Annual Updates and Technical Support
Annual update licenses provide access to eligible updates and technical support during the period covered by the active license.
The applicable product page will describe the update period, renewal price, and included services.
When the annual update license expires without renewal:
The customer retains the perpetual right to use the previously purchased plugin.
The customer retains access to redownload that licensed version.
Access to future updates and technical support ends until the update license is renewed.
Renewing the update license restores access to the updates and support included in the renewed period.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, an update license does not grant ownership of new products sold separately.
5. Manual and Automatic Renewals
Customers may renew annual update licenses manually or select automatic annual renewal where available.
Before automatic renewal is authorized, we will disclose the applicable price, billing frequency, and cancellation terms.
Automatic renewals will be charged using the authorized payment method. Customers may cancel future renewals through the available subscription management process or by contacting us.
Cancellation prevents future automatic renewal charges but does not cancel the perpetual license to use or redownload the previously purchased plugin.
If a payment fails or the update license expires, access to updates and technical support may be suspended until renewal payment is successfully completed.
6. Payments
We may accept payments through Stripe, PayPal, or other methods identified at checkout.
Payments and recurring billing are subject to the relevant payment provider’s terms and available functionality.
A purchase or renewal is considered paid once the payment has been successfully confirmed.
7. Refunds and Consumer Rights
Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Product Compatibility
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and compatibility information. Customers should review the stated requirements before purchasing.
We do not guarantee compatibility with every third-party product, software environment, or future platform version unless expressly stated.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the plugins and related materials remain with their respective owners.
Customers receive only the license rights expressly granted by these terms and the applicable product license.
10. Changes to Products and Terms
We may update our products and these terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised date.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights already granted where doing so would violate applicable law.
